Alex serves as Chief Financial Officer at CJS and joined the company in 2017 after spending eight years at Barclays. He oversees the company’s financial strategy, planning, and M&A activities. Based out of CJS’s Boca Raton headquarters, Alex also leads the organization’s back-office functions, including accounting, human resources, compliance, and administration. During his time with CJS, Alex has held both CFO and COO roles, providing leadership across the organization while helping support the company’s rapid growth and expansion.

Gabriella oversees strategic client relationships across key accounts, bringing a luxury hospitality mindset shaped by more than 15 years with Chanel.

COO
Oliver serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operational strategy, systems integration, and scalable growth across the organization. With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and facility services, he is focused on driving efficiency, innovation, and consistent service delivery across every market. Originally from New Zealand, Oliver brings a practical, people-first leadership style shaped by hands-on experience and a commitment to operational excellence.

Tom brings more than five decades of hospitality industry experience to CJS Global. Beginning his career as a dishwasher, he steadily advanced through the ranks to become a chef and ultimately a partner at Tao Group Hospitality, where he served as Director of Purchasing. After retiring from Tao Group, Tom joined CJS Global in late 2023. He supports client relations and leverages his extensive expertise in restaurant operations, procurement, and logistics to help deliver exceptional service and strategic solutions for clients.
